Welcome to the 14th Health Outreach Foundation Golf Classic! Thank you for your interest in both the Tournament and the Foundation!
Golfing for a Purpose.
In Kansas City, we provide healthcare to patients experiencing homelessness. Some of these patients are veterans, students, or family households all experiencing a variety of social, economical, and medical challenges. Through walk in clinics, primary care clinical visits, prescriptions, and referrals we help them access the care they need. In addition, we provide dental services including cleanings, extractions, fillings, infection control, and dentures. While our clinicians volunteer their time, we rely on your generosity to provide them with the tools and supplies they need to offer quality care.
The medical program in Kansas city provides walk in care, prescriptions, treatment and referral to those experiencing homelessness in the city. Services are free to the patient and continued throughout the COVID pandemic with minimal disruption.
Proceeds from this tournament support this important flagship program.

Health Outreach Foundation is dedicated to helping people around the world who struggle to get the healthcare that they need often including basic medical care. Since our founding in 2004, we have been working to alleviate this burden in a manner that provides not only quality care, but sustainable care to all of our patients.
How it Works.
As in previous years, the format of the tournament is 18 holes scramble, with 4 players per team and a maximum of two teams on any hole to allow us to maintain a reasonable speed and safe distancing during play.
