Our Mission

Those in need

deserve care.

According to the World Health Organization, over half of the world’s population cannot access essential health services. At Health Outreach Foundation, our team is dedicated to changing the lives of these people through innovative provision of healthcare services. Long term partnerships, development of programs, and education all contribute to our goal to make enduring health services accessible for all.

Our services take many shapes; like this clinic in Constanza set up at a local park!

 Connect:

With over 3.8 million people lacking health services across the globe, we work to bridge those gaps. Through volunteers, local partners, and active community members, we work to connect those who need assistance with those who are able to help. These connections make us all more effective and ultimately improve quality of life for everyone.

Access:

Even when medical resources are available, people often lack access to them for a multitude of reasons. We bring medical, dental, and/or surgical professionals and services to communities. Instead of people having to figure out how to access care, we bring the care to them.

Our clinics and services don’t meet everyone’s needs, an unavoidable part of providing service to those in need. In these cases, we help connect them with third parties and/or other partners who are better able to satisfy their needs. Our goal is to always attempt to help people access the care they need.

Empower:

Knowledge is power. We believe that taking control of your health is empowering because it gives knowledge. Being able to know about your health and improve your health, you are able to care for others, perform better at work, and much more allowing for all areas of life to improve. For many of our patients, chronic health and/or dental conditions lead to severe disabilities that negatively affect their jobs, relationships, health, and overall life. Empowering them through care and information allows them to change all of these aspects of their lives and more.
